1. Kindly present your passport with the valid entry visa for the check-in procedure.
2. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check out time is before 12h00 noon. The early check-in (before 14:00) and late check out ( after 12h00 noon) will be charge extra fees according to hotel policy.
3. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets and bulky assets into the hotel or to cook and launder in the room.
4. Do not smoke in rooms and areas that are not allowed to smoke. The violation (if any) will be fined up to 500,000 VND per violation.
5. Gamling, prostitution and usage of drugs within the Hotel is in violation of state regulations and is therefore strictly prohibited.
6. You are required to take care of your personal properties. The hotel is only responsible for money or valuables deposited at Front Office with receipt.
7. Guests using the equipments and facilities of the hotel must have the responsibility to preserve, do not damage, break down, ... The violation (if any) will be charged up to the listed price of damaged or broken articles.
8. Please do not receive visitors in the room. In case of needed receiving visitors at the guest room, kindly contact our receptionist for registration and the visitors should leave the room before 9:00 PM.
9. Guests using the food/drinks in the mini bar must pay directly at the reception counter at the prices specified in the menu.
10. Guests staying at the hotel must commit to strictly observe the rules during the stay at the hotel. The use of drugs, prostitution and forms of making disorder in public areas such as : quarrels, shouting, fighting; guests having behavior of assault, of not respecting hotel staffs are not allowed in the hotel. If the above circumstances occur, the hotel will not accept the guest to stay at the hotel and not refund the paid money for rooms.
